We take your privacy seriously and do our best to protect your data with the necessary care and confidentiality at all times. This page explains what data we collect; how your data is handled; and your rights with respect to your data.

What data do we collect

Information we collect from our registered users includes:

• Device's IP address, user agent and time zone from the web browser
• Basic personal information. First name, email address, and password are required in the sign up form. Profile picture and time zone are optional fields in the profile page.
• We never store your credit card and payment information. All credit card transactions are processed through Stripe, the leading payment-processing platform. It is handled securely by Stripe.

How your data is handled

We do not and will never sell your personal data to third parties or use it for advertising purposes. We have no interest in your personal data; our focus is solely on building useful features to solve users' problems and charging appropriate prices for our work. We only collect your data with your consent to ensure all features work reliably and provide you with a great user experience.

Your rights with respect to your data

We strive to apply the same data rights to all users. Some of these rights include:

• Right of Access. This includes your right to access the personal information we gather about you. Let us know if you want to exercise your right to access the data we store about you, and we will be happy to help.
• Right to rectification. You have the right to verify the accuracy of your data and request updates or corrections. You can manage your account through your Profile settings. If you have subscribed to the Pro Plan, you can also handle your billing information in the Stripe Customer Portal via the "Subscription" link in the app.
• Right to Restrict Processing. You have the right to request restriction of how your personal information is used or processed.
• Right to Object. You have the right, in certain situations, to object to how your personal information is used or processed.
• Right to Complain. You have the right to make a complaint regarding our handling of your personal information. If you wish to make a complaint about how we handle your personal information, please contact us at hello@goalfocus.io and we will endeavour to deal with your complaint as soon as possible.

Data retention

As long as your account is active, you are responsible for the time period for which you store the data. You can delete data in your account. If you delete your account, your account will be closed immediately. Your data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.

Location of site and data

Our products and other web properties are operated in Singapore. If you are located in the European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), United States (U.S.), or elsewhere outside of Singapore, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be stored in Singapore. By using our websites or services and/or providing us with your personal information, you consent to this practice. We may transfer your personal information from the EU, the UK, or the U.S. to Singapore and other third countries based on European Commission-approved or UK Government-approved Standard Contractual Clauses, or otherwise in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Additionally, we may transfer your data from Singapore to other countries or regions in connection with the storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating our websites or services. Cookies

Cookies are used in the web app to ensure that all features work reliably and provide you with a great user experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but please note that some features rely on cookies to function properly. After disabling cookies, you may not be able to access certain features on our web app. Some of the features that depend on cookies include:

• Keeping you signed in: This allows you to stay signed in, so you don't have to log in every time you close your browser or restart your computer or phone. It's an optional feature that you can enable by checking the "Remember me" checkbox on the Sign in page.
• Ensuring that certain time-sensitive features, such as due goals and tasks, work reliably.

User acceptance of our privacy policy

When you use our websites or Services, you accept and understand we collect, process, use and store your personal information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you should not use any of our websites or Services. If you change your mind in the future, you should stop using our websites or Services and you may exercise your rights in relation to your personal information as set out in this Policy.

Whenever we make a significant change to our policies, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and send a notice of this change to all of our users.
